M35 Turbo !!!help

i need help with A turbo M35 I just Got it but i don't know if is oil and water cooled or just oil because it has 4 holes that seems to be connections of something ...... can anyone help me ....(I'm new on turbos)

two opposing holes will be for oil. The other two will be for water.
