Okay so i go to take my starter out that had been crapping out (click click...try again...click click...again...vrrrrooom). Mine's a 95 and yeah it's under the car, right in the middle, above the exhaust pipe, over the axles, under the intake, next to the coolant hose, through the sensor wires....etc. etc. etc........ I've basically got to go at it from 3 or 4 different angle to get THREE FUCKING BOLTS off . Even after that I don't even see how the hell i'm going to get it out between the firewall and the exhaust and everything.

starter out

i have a 90 tercel /w the 3E motor and it was 3 bolts to remove starter, ( power wire, and two mounting bolts)... but it was a bit of a pain to wedge it out of where it is once the bolts are removed... the power wire can be done from under the car, and the two upper bolts should be able to be accessed from the top of the car, behind the engine... eiether with a ratchet or air ratchet, air will make your life much easier.
