1999 suzuki katana 750

Anyone have any input,

Looking at a 1999 Katana 750, 34k miles, looks in good shape, have not rode it yet. How are these in reliabilty, and comfort? what should I look at? I know this bike is no true sports bike, I am not looking for that. Asking price is 2500.00.

I have a '01 600 and I like it. One thing to look for is that the valve adjustments have been done at proper intervals. Should have checked them every 8000 miles give or take. Just make sure and check for all the standard things you'd want replaced or checked at that mileage (chain ok? tires? maintenance in general records?).
