Best Muffler

What do you guys reccomend for the best sounding muffler I could get? I want my tiburon to be louder. i have an HKS Axle Back on right now and always said I would kill myself if I put a muffler on, but I'm cheap and dont want to spend another 400 bucks on a cat back when I'm not even sure if it will sound louder or better. By the way, I own a 98 RD1 tiburon with a cold air
