Ventilation

I have a 2001 Bonneville SE with manual air. Problem is this. Whether using the air cond. or outside air only, the air temp coming out of the vents is a good bit warmer on all of the vents on the drivers side than all the vents on the passenger side. Any ideas or solutions to this?
Same car; There is an audible clink, clink when turning to the right whether backing up, going forward, or standing still. It is nice and quiet when turning left. You can actually feel this noise in the steering wheel. Steering appears to be nice and tight. Would appreciate some help on this as well. Thanks!
