96 Breeze runs cold, dies, restarts when cold

96 breeze with 2.0 and manual trans. The car runs great cold but suddenly dies, cranks but will not start until it cools. I have replaced the EGR valve, idle air valve, sparkplug wires, spark plugs, temp sensor, o2 sensor, head gasket, ignition coils and fuel pump. Computer had 7 codes before replacing the parts and all fails read hi resistence. There are no codes when it dies now.
Took it to the dealership and wasn't impressed with the technicians. they said they could fix for $362, electrical overheating... call out was #1 ignition coil shorted, wrong and won't cause this problem. Then they said fuel pump was old and worn out wrong again pressure is 49 psi, Turns out every time they run the analyser it gives different fails as it dies. they gave up.
I think it's the computer but they said the computer passes, any help here?
