what do you guys think would be a better SQL setup: 4 AA Assasin 10s, or 1 AA Arsenal 15? they would both cost about the same shipped.

Do you mean SPL? or SQ?

Never really heard of AA's.. But IMO 10's will always have a better SQ and give a tighter more responsive base.. 15's are sloppier and are a better choice for SPL

I would do the 4 tens also... but Paul is right the whole sloppy bass thing is a myth, and a stupid one at that. Listen to my 18 an tell me its sloppy

Thanks, i didnt know if the 4 small drivers would make up for the power diff. also, how do you figure tuning with a slot port?

same as with round. port area is what matters when tuning

Don't cheap out on the speaker enclosure. It's just as important as the speakers(some say more important...)
