2002 Sunfire arm control bushings???

Are these kind of bushings a common problem in sunfires.
I was told they're when my car was inspected and didn't
pass because of them being worn down. Not sure if I'm getting
ripped off?? is 368.00 sound like a fair price to get both replaced?
