Question Blue Tinted Headlights

I have a '95 Civic that runs 9003/H4's (obviously). I was wondering what degree Kelvin I should be looking for in a bulb if I want that "HID Blue" headlamp look? I've tried a couple of types of bulbs, but to no avail. I'm looking at some Phillips Blue Vision. Any one have any suggestions or recommends? thanks...

Re: Blue Tinted Headlights

you can never match the "hid blue" because with the hid in the projector, it looks as if it constantly changes color. i have nokya 7000k bulbs and there BLUE, i love them... 20 bucks at circuit city, people said they burn out in amonth or so, i've had mine for 6 months now and NO problem
