blowen head gasket or cracked head?

when i bought the car the coolant tank kept becoming empty and i have added some stuff for like blowen head that u add to the coolant. the coolant must be going out through exhaust or into oil. is this a cracked head aor blowen head gasket? now what ever it is to change it on the engine do u have to start taking stuff off below the temp sensor? (91 Sunbird Le 2.0L, OHC, TBI) this is wut 89 sunbird told me when he had changed his head gasket. now if i do have to do this im going to change the rings on the pistons, do i have to take the oistions out throught the bottom of the engine?

Wait...you're losing coolent?

Why not check the radiator...it could have a crack in it.

And not to seem like an ass...but could you use the enter key and spell check...it seriously took me 3 times to read that. No offense.

Re: blowen head gasket or cracked head?

Check your dipstick. If the oil is milky, then you have coolant in your oil. Cracked head.

When my head gasket blew, the coolant tank filled with oil...

Re: blowen head gasket or cracked head, or something?

i checked the oil and it was fine and like i said i had this problem before when i bought the car. the coolant tank is empty almost and then i look in drive way no coolant on the ground. so the coolant must be going ut through exhaust or something while im going down the road casue i dubt i have a crack in the radiator.
