It's faster than the Carrera and about the same performance as a Carrera S. If you want the best bang-for-the-buck, buy a Corvette Z06. I bought a Vantage because I wanted to a performance vehicle that makes me smile every time I see it...the Aston does that more than any Porsche ever could.
