What are some good double din touchscreens for less then or near $1000?

ive only seen the kenwood ones, but kenwood isnt too great of a brand right?

anything else around 1k or less?

kenwood or eclipse would be your best bet. i dont know the exact prices of them. if you want navigation too then you are looking at around 1500 or more. and they make a jensen model double din but it isnt the best quality.

You could always search EBAY, they have some double dins like pioneer for a little more than $1,000.

The new Panasonic! It's GREAT, and has an MSRP of $999... can be hGad for slightly less. Great features, inexpensive and FULLY functional iPod hookup... overall a great unit. We have one on our display wall... and I always pick it as the default unit...

Pioneer also has the AVIC-D1 which has a 6.5" screen and is double din and if you search around can get it for around 1k.

Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota.
