Seat question...
My son's 88 CRX si had Prelude seats in it when we bought it, which (unknown to me) were tack welded in place since the bolt holes don't match up. A few days ago one of the welds snapped, and now the seat is wobbly. Should I have it welded back into place, or would it be better to tap new holes and bolt it down? I've been told that tapping a new hole wouldn't be a good idea, but I'd like a second opinon, especially if the tack weld is prone to breaking again. Thanks for your help.

Re: Seat question...
be honest man I wouldnt want my seats tack welded...get in a wreck that seatbelt gonna be useless if the seats are tack welded...just weld it on all the way around or can do what I seen some people do is get thick plate put under car drill a hole through the body and the plate under car and get a grade 8 bolt and lock nut and be done
