No Spark Please help!

I have a ’84 Mustang GT with the 5.0 H.O., T5 Tranny, 4BBL Carb. I initially thought that maybe I had a pin hole in the diaphragm of my mechanical fuel pump so I replaced that. My car was running fine for a while and then started acting as if it was starved for fuel, or was not getting enough spark and flooding out. After replacing the fuel pump I drove it again and it ran for a while and then started intermittently loosing power and the more I drove the more it would lose until it died. After letting the car sit for about 5 min it will start right up and drive for a few more min until the problem happens again. I then figured that it was a problem with my ignition system so I replaced the coil and ignition module. I have the duraspark 2 ignition system. This seemed to have fixed the problem last weekend. I drove it for about 45 min and it ran great. I then parked it in my garage until today. I drove it for about an hour or so and it ran fine and then all of a sudden it started acting up again. I am wondering if this could be a wiring problem maybe between the coil and the module or if it is something else. Please help.
