need help please!
i have a 95 gsr swap with ys1 tranny in 91 civic hatchclucth grinding real bad apon engagement but not on way out i can shift all gears with out clutch while car is running any one know whay this is happening also how install crx gauge cluster in dx hatch most plug and play this does not but i have alot of the wiring from old crx can i wire this gauge cluster to work in my hatch? scott |

Guage clusters have to be 88-89 or 90-91 to plug right up.

If your tranny grinds when you apply the clutch, you've got a bad throw out bearing. If it grinds every time you put it in gear with or without the clutch, your syncros are toast.

Not if he can shift without the clutch... That requires some precision inside the trans...not outside, if the diff were toast hed be having ALOT worse problems, liek not moving at all!
