89 camry tail light relay

Can anyone tell me how or if there is a way to skip it all togeather and wire around it. Please give me good details. I cant find anything on this but everyone and there mother is having this problem... Thank you so much for the help... I need it.

Now my car is stuck in PARK..... any ideas.. I can use override but I want it to work right
