why most people want a heavy shift knob ??

It's really heavy, means it has more inertia, goes into gear easier

I tried a couple aftermarket shift knobs, and i got to say, nothing beats stock. Just the feel of it is so much better than anything else. Most of the other ones look like crap too.

Not the greatest picture but it's heavy and it's bigger than the Greddy, which looks way to small to me. Looks odd from the side angle.
