Lightbulb 94 gmc Throttle body spacer information

I was thinking about buying a Throttle Body Spacer for my 94 Gmc Sierra. It is a 5.7L and i was wondering if anyone in here knew exactly if it really helped at all and if so about how much Hp/Trq will i gain?

I have one on my '94 k1500 and it seemed to help a little, gas mileage didn't change, if it did it wasn't much. I used the Poweraid brand. They claim about 13 hp and about 21 lb tourqe. Hope this helps.

I would like to take it up 2 inches, but since no one makes a lift for that truck that will only lift it 2, you can only find 4 inches and up. I use my truck to much haulling and towing to lift it more that 2".
