Question '66 stang?

Hey,

Does anyone know how much that a 1966 mustang with a 289 is worth at good condition. Meaning that the body is pretty straight and the interior is decent and it runs pretty good, with no major problems. If you do let me know. Thanks.

Re: '66 stang?

It will vary depending on originality/degree of restoration. The Fastbacks are worth almost twice as much as the coupes. A good driver fastback:$12k-20k and a coupe $5k-8k.

Re: '66 stang?

I just picked up a 65 Mustang coupe with a 6K mile non original 289 V8 with auto tranny, brand new bumpers, four barrel carb, tires, and wheels and door panels. The seller was asking $6,000 but my wifes rusting 95 Bronco 5.8 V8 caught his eye. A couple months after the orginal meeting we swapped even up!!!

The car is rust and dent free with the black pony interior. The only thing the interior needs to be perfect is a radio, dash pad, and some stitching on the driver seat.
