Well the first thing she said was "Oh wow, that put me back into the seat." But I think she might just have been trying to be nice. If I had gotten the launch better I think she would have been. She's more into guys in Jeeps though, not really the speed thing. Launching an AWD is really fun though if you can do it right.

Re: HORRIBLY burned cluch! Damnit

HIN was fun tonight. She doesn't know too much about cars, but she likes them. Ill post some pics up when i get them back. Good times. Got some pics of some 420a's turbo-charged. Nice. Got some nice evos too. I just love walking through the parking lot and looking at all the fine cars... (and rice). Then we had a discussion on clutches, and how they work, and how I need one, and flywheels and pressure plates. Great times.

sounds like fun! You said you were walking through the parking lot and looking at nice cars.. it wasn't a inside event?? I'm in need of a clutch also.... well actually I need to replace my throw out bearing, but almost all of the Mechanics I've talk to said they won't do the job unless there replacing the clutch itself.

did you see a purple talon with lambo doors and a bunch of exterior mods? If so it was my friend's. I wanted to go but ended up not being able to.

Re: HORRIBLY burned cluch! Damnit

I think I have a pic of it. My girl has all the pics on her camera still. There WAS lots of nice cars inside. 2 Skylines, one was like a 96-98 or so. Looked sweet as hell. I've never seen a slightly older one like that. Some hotties were all over it too. Very nice. Just walking from my car to the show through the lot was hot too. Very nice cars all lined up parked all nice and shit. Very sweet. Some dude in a RSX was smiling all gay at me when we were on the expressway going there. Then, he ends up parking 2 spots away from me, still smiling like a prick. I almost kicked his ass. Good times
