Replacement rear sliding door-1999 Winstar

Does anyone know how to remove a broken drivers side manual rear sliding door window on a 1999 Ford Winstar and get one out of a van at a junk yard without breaking it and of course how to install the used/new window.

From the inside, carefully remove the plastic trim around the top of the window. Once this is off, you will see a number of studs. Remove the nuts off the studs and the window should come off. You might need to replace the "M seal" when you re-install.
