98 windstar power window motor replacement

The passenger side power window on my 98 Windstar quit working. I removed the door panel and tested the connection and I am getting power to the motor so I believe the motor is bad. Can anyone tell me if this is a difficult jobto change the motor? Any warnings? Step by step instructions would really be appreciated.
