'94 Buick LeSabre Custom Power Windows
I've heard that a lot of Buicks had faulty window motors. I just bought this car yesterday and rolled the driver side window down this morning. It won't go back up. The other three windows go up and down just fine. But the driver side will not go up at all. Do I need to replace the motor or just clean it up?

If you are lucky, it should go back up at some point. Keep trying. If you do get it up, don't put it down again. As for repair, I don't know.

Re: '94 Buick LeSabre Custom Power Windows
I have some experience with these motors. Usually the motor overheats and has an internal thermal protection fuse. This is like a circuit breaker and resets itself. The driver's door acts up first usually from the most wear. If you can get the door panel off, (check on internet sites or try librarys for shop manuals) see if you have a cable regulator set-up and that that's not the culprit(broken, distorted cable etc.) or the old regulator tape system. I believe in '92 with the redesign they went to a motor that was bolted on instead of riveted like previous models. I've worked on several late 80's to '91 that the whole regulator had to beremoved from the door and then drilled out and then the motor itself drilled out and then re-riveted or 1/4" bolts replacing them. I do think though your motor can be removed easily and then another replaced without removing the whole regulator assembly which can be a pain. If you have some mechanical ability than you should be able to accomplish this task. Good Luck! If I can help further let me know.
