Does anyone know the part # for the stock Chrome Center Caps on the 17" rims on the 2000 LS. Chrome 5 star.

I don't know the part number, but you can get them pretty cheap on ebay without the Lincoln logo. I paid like $10 each, and I like them better without it. You can always call the dealer parts dept. for the part number of the OEM cap, but they're probably pretty expensive..
