Just bought a 2001 Buick Le Sabre Custom (Loaded). Car manual says that cornering light will come on when using the blinkers. Mine don't seem to work. Can anybody please give me some insite on this. Thanks

Re: 2001 Cornering Lights
I had to check to be sure... according to the 2001 LeSabre product brochure, this feature was standard on the LeSabre Limited, but not even optional on the LeSabre Custom...therefore, your car would not have them. Interestingly enough, ALL Century, Regal, LeSabre Limited and Park Avenue cars came standard with cornering lamps. Only the LeSabre Custom did not. Personally, I think Buick should have made them standard on ALL LeSabres. For whatever reason, they chose not to. With a little work they could be added, though. I've added them to a couple of cars, even cars that never had the option. Might be worth looking into...
Hope this helps...

Re: 2001 Cornering Lights
That's odd that your manual mentions them although they aren't equipped in Custom models. Try checking your front lenses to see if they are possibly in there. If not, I'd take the car to a dealer and show them the manual where it says they should be equipped. They just might install the sockets for you!
