Re: f22 with h22 head

Ive seen it done, i know theres some work involved kind of like an ls/vtec just not sure on the extent of the work.

Why would you put an f22 on an h22? thats pointless go from DOHC Vtec to SOHC non vtec, or maybe Vtec depending on which f22. Look in honda-tech i think they have a right up of it. Im trying to do a H23 with a H22 head, not a lot of info on it.

Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota.

He means the F22b dohc non-vtec with a H22 dohc vtec head which would make sense. i heard the f22b bottom is a lot stronger than the h22 bottom.

Re: f22 with h22 head

I under stand the f22 bottom end with h22 head, but the h22 bottom end with a f22 head, unless its jdm then its going to be either sohc vtec or non vtec. Ive seen a lot of pics on the f22 with the h22 head swap nice idea but thats why im building the h23 from hell.
