High speed skip?

I have a 2000 neon 134000 mi. that has developed, within the last few months, what feels like a random misfire only at highway speeds. When I depress the clutch and rev the engine, it seems ok. I have replaced the plugs and wires at 114000 and I have no codes.
Any ideas are appreciated
