'01 Monte Carlo SS w/100k miles, serious suspension problem

Ok, my 01 Monte SS just hit 100k miles seems to have all kinds of problems now. The main one being with what seems to be the front end suspension. I had it into Belle tire and they confirmed that the struts were well past their lifetime, so I had them replaced. Now the problem seems to have gotten worse.

It's not as noticable when driving at slow speeds, but when I get it on the freeway up to 60 MPH+, my front end starts shaking like I'm driving on a really bumpy road, and loose swaying feeling as well. The slight sway (especially on a windy day) has been going on for a month or so now, but I figured getting the struts replaced would fix it.

I made Belle tire promise to check all the joints and tie rods as well, and they couldn't find anything else wrong with it. They did say the Rack & pinion needed replaced because it's slowly leaking fluid, but I don't think that is related.

This all started to get very bad on my way to work this morning, and I'm kind of afraid to drive it home now. I owned a '92 Lumina and a ball joint broke while I was driving down the road, and lets just say that wasn't any fun. To top it off I had it into the shop 2x before to have them check the ball joints and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it.
