did i read this somewhere?

i think i read somewhere (don't know where) that all GS-T exhaust systems will fit on a 3g, or something like that. anyone wanna back me up here?

... yes.. its the same design but the 2g one is longer, so it has to be cut to fit, which i've been told is like 150$ or so at a shop

beyond that, i don't kno, i'm planning on getting an Apex'i N1

is it cut at the beginning, end, or in the middle? cuz, if it's cut at the beginning thats no big deal. anywhere else involves welding.

nah, it doesn't have to be cut. all that needs to happen is one of the hangers to be moved. thats it.

Speaking of CBE mods, what mods need to be done to put a cali spec exhaust on my fed spec 2000GT?

i believe the cali spec exhaust needs to be shortened.

this just occurred to me, if it's for a gts then it will be a 3" pipe right. wont i loose back-pressure or something.

you mean that if its a gs-t, then it would be a 3"? not all gs-t exhausts are 3". you would need to find one that was either 2.5" or 2.75".

and yes, you would lose backpressure with a 3" exhaust on a N/A car.
