Nissan Leopard VG30DET motor into an M30

Hows it going Infiniti owners. Im currently assisting in a M30/Leopard project. It will be fast(to a reasonable extent) & look sweeter than the rock to a crackhead. Ok, so heres the deal, im trying to find out how the swap would work out. The Leopard is damn near the same car, so I figured the part between the two(M30 & Leopard) would be pretty swappable. My question is, anybody have a rating number of how hard swapping a VG30DET would be to put into an M30.

One more thing, ive come by a kit or two but they always seem to be lodged onto a car & not from a dealer or manufactuer. Does anybody know where a kit can be found to buy for this car. If its from Japan, its alright, can be shipped with the motor & transmission.

There are a few persons working on a VG30DET single turbo conversion into a Z31 over on the www.Z31.com board.
Try to start with questions to Engloid (screenname).
He has been on the board 3+ years. Has a VG30DET Engine to swap in. I also have a VG30DET which is going into a Z31 Z car body if I can find the time. Only one completed is Josh on this board and I cannot remember his screen name. He writes occasionally on Nissan / 240SX Section

I have 2 VG30DET motors and need to know how to get an engine gasket set. I can't find the intake manifold, intake plenum, or intake plenum cover gaskets in USA. Any ideas?
