auto ecu in manual tranny

i install now the auto ecu p28 in my d15b vtec jdm the check engine is light. and my question is : is there are waste in power ? and question with other way : if i install the manual ecu will i have more power ?

How does it run? any problem? cause i'm bout to do the same in my hatch

no it wont give you any more power you just wont be throwing code 19 no more
