Angry A/C, Heater Blower Works only on High

I have replaced the heating element with the resistor already and it worked for a couple of weeks and then quit again. Does anyone know what is causing the resistor to blow?

the resister is located on the passenger side just above where the passenger's feet would be located if they were sitting there. you have to remove a panel to get to it, and then you'll see wires going upward into the resistor block. just take the 2 screws out and it pulls right out. it will cost you about $25 at the dealer, which is the only place i could find one.
