88 - 89 crx compatible bumpers?

I've heard that 88' honda crx front bumpers wont fit an 89' crx...is this true??? i haven't had time to take my bumper off and try to put my 88' bumper on...

No, the 88-91 CRX front, rear and sides are all the same. But be aware that some designs will require you removing the front re-bar. But that is design dependant, not years.
