remove door speakers and kick panel rear

how to remove front door speakers and rear kick panel speakers,size speakers in front door and rear kick panel,i dont know how i need help any would be very helpful i came up with a idea that can save your rear back seat area with putting a subwoofer without loosing space,know the area under rear fold up seat take small board cut out to the cover then cut out 8 inch hole for sub then put bead of silionce then srcew down board then you have a sub without loosing space it sound good
