2001 Yukon after dawn turn signal light issue? Please read!!!

Help? I have a 2001 GMC Yukon, my problem is that my turn signal lights work properly during daytime hours only, once the automatic headlights come on my turn signal lights wheter going left or right act as if i had the EMERGENCY lights on. The dashboard shows both blinkers flashing as well as the tail light and also in the front making it unclear of which way i want to turn for the car behind me.. Any comments would be greatly appreciated on how to fix this issue or were to start looking for solution ...

just a thought but do they do, the turn signals this when u turn the headlights on manualy? if not i would say its in the auto switch sytem.

Would u happened to know what part of the auto switch system is defective?

no i don't and you still didn't say do the light work right if you turn the lights on manually? but like i said if they work fine when you turn them on manually its got to be in the auto circut. technology is great when it works, but when it doesn't it's a pain in the ass to fix!

had this problem with my 05 Yukon. Apparently there is a relay switch in the back that has to be replaced. When I get my paper work back from the dealer, I'll be more specific.
