98 intrigue service engine light
I was on the freeway a couple nights ago and decided to see how much power this 3.8 had.(it has tons)Anyway right after i stomped on her the service engine light came on.whats up with that.Did i do something to my cat converter when i stompted on the gas pedal?it also has been hesatating off and on as of lately.could it just need a tune up.or should i get the codes read by someone?

Get the codes read as it will enable you to narrow down the problem. Without the codes you will be chasing your tail. This sounds like a misfire issue that may be caused by bad wires but without the codes it will be impossible to tell. If you post the codes then someone will help you to correct the problem.
