Other than SSAutoCrap, who makes cheap, good, mitsu turbo manifolds for d series civics. Anyone with history please post your testimony.

Honda does
 You could use a '92-'95 CX/VX, '88-'91 STD or '88-'91 HF manifold; and buy an adapter plate for it. Honestly that'd be the cheapest way.
