thinkin of buyin a millenia
Will I have mechanical problems with this car even though I will keep it maintained. Do these cars have a habit of malfunctioning? I'm looking at an older model... like 95-98.
Thanx in advance for the input. dirt & water |

Re: thinkin of buyin a millenia
I have 99 non S model. It has been very good and reliable . Has 67k on it mostly hiway 60-80miles per hour driving. Timing belt rplcemtn was expensive and I have had some issues with tires being worn unevenly and needing alignment every 20k...but Hawaii roads suck, lots of holes etc. A minor issue with a door panel in rear kept popping out...dlr fixed no prblem. Brakes recently seem a little noisy so I am checking that soon. But overall I feel pretty good for 6 year old car. Reviewing this to determine if its time to trade or hold. BTW,This is the 4th Mazda in 20 years all went 80-100k+ b4 I got rid of them....3/4 due to boredom. 626GT blew a turbo with110k and was so expensive I dumped car...but I have had good luck with them.
