Gears are usually a good bang for your buck, but that will kill your gas milleage. And as far as exhaust you'll need a pipe running up to the turbo. I think most turbo kits include that pipe, but I could be wrong. And as far as CAI and cat back exhaust, either he's mistaken or you heard him wrong. You can get them. You'll need to have it tuned so don't bother getting a chip yet.
