1998 Tracker

Hello:

We are in the market for a "new" used vehicle. I have been interested in the Geo/Chevy Trackers, but I would like any input from current or past Tracker owners.

We found a 1998 Tracker, 2-wheel drive, 5 speed. The asking price is $2995 and there is no blemishes. The only thing noticably wrong is that the speedometer stopped working at 76,000 miles.

I have a 94&97 had both for about 2 years very dependable had to change all seals once on 97 and clean egr flow tube was after i put 60k miles on it in 2 years and has been great on my 70 mile a day drive gets about 28-30miles to a gallon. heck of a heater. sound like a good price to me. hope this helps.
