94 5spd Sport - 3 major problems!! PLEASE HELP!

My 94 Explorer Has Over 200k. Until Now I Have Not Had Any Major Problems. In 2ooo, I Replaced The Clutch. Since Then All Work Has Been Maintenance With A One Brake Job. My Last Major Tune-up Was Summer '05.

Here Are My Problems:

1. From Time To Time The Engine Cuts Off While I Am Driving. In The Past Month It Has Happened 3 To 4 Times - Even When I Was On The Expressway.

2. Some Times It Won't Start Right Away. It Does Not Turnover! I Attempt To Start A Few Times And Then Wait About 10 - 15 Min. Then She Will Turnover.

3. Twice In The Past Two Weeks, She Won't Go Into Gear. The Engine Starts In Neutral But When I Try To Put Her In Gear I Can't. I Even Tried Starting The Car In Gear And The Engine Doesn't Turnover, The Car Lurches Forward.

I Am Taking Her To My Mechanic But I'd Like To Get Some Advice.
Should I Junk The Car? Do I Need A New Clutch? Does It Sound Like These Three Issues Are Related.

Have you checked your clutch fluid resevoir? That is most likely why you can't get the car in gear.
I'm not sure about your other problem.
