92 Stealth Seems To Surge???

Well I have owned my Stealth for almost 3 months.
Out of that 3 months, I've driven it 5 days.
It was in my garage SITTING for 2 weeks.
Had it towed to my local Garage and spent $1500.00 and it STILL doesnt run.
The Mechanic took $500.00 off the bill, so I had it towed BACK HOME AGAIN
and its sitting in my Garage untill my Income Tax Refund comes through at the begining of March and THEN it's going to be towed down the Mountain to the Mitsubishi Dealership to have it fixed ONCE AND FOR ALL!
Lets see, by then I will have had it 5 Months and driven it 5 Days.
I'm not going to get rid of it though.
Its a CLEAN car with an immaculant Interior and just a few "Dings" on the outside.

Well I'm getting anxious.
We go to the Tax man this Tuesday to have our taxes done!
With a little luck, I'll have some refund money by the beginning of March and then it will be time to have it towed to the Dealership.

Thinking of selling my Stealth.
It has average paint and better than average Interior.
Gray cloth interior NO RIPS, NO TEARS.
Manual door loks and windows.
Aftermarket Kenwood Stereo w/ Seperat 6 Disc Changer.
Tires are 95% Tread left.
Antenna Motor works but antenna doent go up or down.
Power Mirrors, but I think the fuse is blown.

Heres the LOOOONG story in a nutshell.
Early November 05-Aquired this Stealth with no prior repair history.
Mid November 05- Stealth starts to "miss"
Mid November 05- Stealth idles fine but doesn't go over 25 mph.
Late November 05- Stealth goes to shop and has the following done:
1)New Wires
2)New Plugs
3)New Fuel Filter installed and pressure checked at 40-48 psi
4)Throttle Body Cleaned.
5)MAS Changed (but made no difference, old unit reinstalled)
6)Timing Belt changed
7)Water Pump Changed / Antifreeze
8)New Timing Belt Tensioner
9)New O2 Sensor
10)Ignition coils were tested/swapped (all coils checked out)
11) New Plenum Gasket

The car still has the initial problem, so it has been sitting in my garage since January 06.
Smogged and tags are good through January 2007.

Reason for selling it, that I'm on such a tight budget and after being here on the forums, if your not a mechanic, (which I'm not), it's out of my price range to keep it up.
I'm in a rural setting and need something dependable.
My nearest Mitsu/Dodge dealership is 45 miles (down the mountain).
Bottom line is I need to cut my losses.

The Stealth just sold today for $1500.00.
