Gotta get rid of the Dakota
Well now I have to get rid of my 99 Dodge Dakota wich I was about to be installing the SX 18 in, but because of tranny problems I will have to get an 03 S10 ext. cab. Does ANYONE know if I can fit 6.5 cubes in the ext. cab of a s10??

Re: Gotta get rid of the Dakota
Heh Heh...good luck. with the seats in a comfetable position a 3.2cube Net box fit just below flush with the windows and there was maybe room for 1 cube on each side. your looking at maybe 5.5 gross. I dont know what year it was though.

Re: Gotta get rid of the Dakota
It will take alot of fiberglass work, but I would bet money that you can do it and still use your back window. Hell the box NG designed me was 5.15 cubes gross, net 4 cubes, and there was still room to spare (ext cab 89 S-10). So you should be able to do it w/ fiberglass. This was also with the seats all the way back, I had to relocate the jack and tire iron, but I did it. It would be even easier if you took out the jumpseats and fiberglassed in those compartments.
Get them cdts alright? |
