i WANNA TURBO CHARGE MY SL BUT I WAS THINKIN WHAT WOULD BE BETTER PORTING MY HEADS OR JUST TUBO CHARGING IT. wHAT WOULD BE CHEAPER AND GIVE ME MORE HORSE POWER?

Buy a VR-4. It'll be cheaper, and the parts are already there.
