Crap, Need Wiring Diagram Today !!
I've been hunting thw www for wiring diagrams for 2004 PT, or even a Factory Service Manual at a decent price, can't find either.
Wire diagrams are partial prints, by subscription only and the Factory manuals are in the $80 range ![]() I'm looking to tap aftermarket door poppers into a horn "chirp" and parking light "blink" function with relays, but can't find the right tap-wires under the dash. The steering wheel horn button seems like an obvious source, but the connector harness there is very strange. If I can't find an answer soon, I'll have to run wires to the bulbs and horn

Re: Crap, Need Wiring Diagram Today !!
Well, couldn't get the right wires so I had to run out to the rt/front lamp/horn area.
Wasn't as bad as I thought since the PT has the horn and the parking lamps in the same location there. ![]() Ran a dual cable (lampcord style) from the behind the glovebox where I installed the door lock module, through a spare water plug (gromet), then through the black foam inslator behind the fender, over the splash guard directly to the horn/headlamp area. Had to use a fish wire using 14ga solid copper construction wire to all the fish points. Tapped into the rt/front parking lamp wire which powers all four parking lamps, and added another wire to the horn for the chirp. I'm going to change that one for a piezo horn after it arrives from eBay 'cause I don't really like the chirp sound from the stock horn, kinda loud for just locking/unlocking the doors. So, the front door poppers are done, next are the rear doors and the rear hatch. Thanks readers
