Exclamation 95 Isuzu Rodeo Brake Lights HELP

Heres the problem, (95 Isuzu rodeo) brake lights not coming on when depressing the brake petal. (things I have checked, bulbs ok, brake switch ok, power to break switch ok. have removed the trailer light plug at the hitch to eliminate that as well. have traced the wiring harness all the way from the front to the back on the left side. there does seem to be some sort of relay box under the passenger seat that goes down the right side that I have not checked yet, have to take the seat out for that is my next step

Thanks all fluid levels are fine.
Went under the front seat passenger side and it seems to have to do with the box under it.
