2001 eclipse hub

i was wandering if there was anyone that could help me with my right front hub im about to try to do...anything at all would be appreciated greatly..thanx....

i did the front right hub on my 00 GT due to severe vibration

u need the $100 hub and a ball joint press tool would really help alot. but yea u remove the wheel and brakes and then pop out the ball joint from the steering knuckle and then pull the hub off the cv shaft, after removing the bolts of course

and also just for a note, it is much easier said than done and i would recommend having an experienced someone help you out

as well as getting an alignment done afterwards because it always needs to be up to date

yeah thanx for the tip guys...i was wandering whats the ball joint press for?and im going to try to get my buddy to help.hes done his on his VR4...he also said it was a pain...but yeah appreciate the help...anything else i would need?i alread purchased the hub..and soon im going to dive into doing a tune up and so on so if u got any tips on that to...thanx...later...

the ball joint press is used to remove the ball joint on the steering knuckle b/c you can't just use the fork type on this car.
