okay i got a 94 civic hatchback cx and the car just died. my bro was trying to start the car but it wouldn't even turn over. what would be the possible problems? oh, fyi my bro had killed the car many of times learning how to drive it.

wouldnt turn over as in crank or as in start??

would the engine even rotate?
