need help - 95 Lumina no dash light or

I have a 95 lumina, I have no running lights or tail lights, or dash lights were should I start looking, I checked the fuses panel inside the car, they are all good. Turn signal and brake lights working . thank you in advance

I found the problem, its in the Fuse block under the hood on the drivers side, it seems to Corroded, is there way to take it apart and clean it or is it time to repalce it.
