Re: got a new full size home gym...now what
it has leg press, butterflfly press, push outs/ rowing (don't know the real name) standing cable thingy that allows me to pull across my chest, t-bar/ pull downs. i belive i can do just about everything on it. i can't remember the exact model number (i'm at work) but i'm looking for a picture of it on the web...will post when i find it.
now i just need to figure out a good routine to tone down and build slight muscle.

Re: got a new full size home gym...now what
I havent even looked at the piece of equiptment but just take how ever many days you can or want to work out and divide up certian muscle groups so your working out a particular group about once a week. For example dont do presses on one day then work triceps on the next. It all depends on the number of days and the level of fitness you are trying to achieve as to what to do with the machine.
